EFT – EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE IN CENTRAL LONDON, READING AND DIDCOT
What is EFT?
EFT (emotional freedom technique) was developed by Gary Craig in the 1990’s and has it’s roots within acupuncture and kinesiology. EFT works by directly impacting on the body’s natural energy flow by tapping on the meridian points much like acupuncture and acupressure.
EFT can help with addictions, phobias, depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, panic disorder, PTSD, allergies, pain management and control, weight loss and weight control, eating issues, eating disorders, ADD, ADHD, asthma, headaches, migraines, back pain and joint relief, reducing blood pressure and other medical conditions, and many other conditions and issues.
EFT works by gently tapping certain energy or meridian points with the finger tips, these points are located on the hand and upper body.
Some things to consider with EFT are that:
- It will often work on when nothing else will
- It is gentle, works quickly and is long lasting
- It can be easily learned by anyone
- It can be self applied
- No drugs or equipment are required
What conditions can EFT be used for? EFT can be used effectively for conditions such as:
- Phobias and fears
- Panic Attacks
- Eating disorders such as bulimia
- Compulsive spending
- Porn addiction
- With all addictions
- Nail biting
- Habits and compulsions
As well as with many medical conditions containing and mixture of a physical, medical, emotional and psychological issues around pain management and pain reduction such as with:
- Hay Fever
- Vision Issues
- Muscular pains and discomfort
- Sporting injuries
